Return Policy
Returns
Our main priority here at Threaded Secrets is that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to make a return, all returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipment date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. All products must be in their original condition; unworn, with all tags still attached. We will not accept products that show signs of wear, wash or that have been altered in any way. Once received, we will issue you store credit that will be sent to the email we have on file.
All hats and handmade/handcrafted items will be final sale and will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to our limited inventory. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we will have you send the product back to us. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit that you may use to repurchase a new size.
Damages
Contact us immediately if you have received a damaged product. All reports must be made prior to wearing the item and within 3 days of receiving the item. Reports can be sent to shopthreadedsecrets@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide us with your name and order number, as well as to include a photo of the damaged area.
We are not responsible for any damages to the products due to care of the clothing.
